Set-up fee
Set up is pretty simple so we have kept this as low as possible.

Monthly administration fee
There is a small fixed fee to cover development costs with a small variable fee to cover storage costs. This is the only module that is priced per document managed, but we are keeping the price very low so it’s not expensive.

Giving back
We believe in giving back to the community so we will be setting aside up to 1% of our revenue, yes, revenue! not profit, and donate it to causes close to our heart, so you will be helping us make a difference.

Discounts
Yes, we do provide discounts for deserving organisations. This might include some charities, some not for profits and some other organisations. Please feel free to apply for a discount. Each application is decided on its merits.
